Swarm collection

If you have a honey bee swarm that you need to be collected, contact us and we'll do our best to collect it. Swarm collection is within the Gold Coast region.
 
Our preferred area is between Nerang, Mudgeeraba, Tallebudgera, and across to the coastal suburbs of Broadbeach, Miami, Burleigh.
 
If you cannot contact us, check the ABA website for swarm catchers in your area or call the council.
 
Please provide the following information:
address location of the swarm and who owns the property
where the swarm is on the property and access
approximate height of the swarm
approximate size of the swarm (size of an orange / rockmelon / basketball / watermelon etc)
how long has it been there
 
Also, it is very helpful to take a few photos and send them to us so we can see what we're dealing with.
 
Please note: if the bees are located inside a cavity (such as the wall of a house or shed), this is no longer a simple swarm collection (hive removal is a more complex job).
