WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Consumable products (such as honey) cannot be returned. However, if you have an issue with a product please contact us and we will endeavour to address any issues we can.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We do not offer Gift Cards. However, if there's something specific you have in mind please do not hesitate to get in touch to see if we can help you with your idea.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payment on order pick-up or delivery (for any delivered item). We accept and prefer PayID, direct bank transfer, or cash. Most debit/credit cards can be processed using a Square point-of-sale service.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY USUALLY TAKE?

We do not deliver small orders - honey, beeswax, queens etc are pick up only, unless you make other arrangements with us.
We aim to fulfil orders within 2-3 business days. Some special orders may take longer.
Beehive deliveries are done overnight, and depend very much on the weather.

PICK-UP, DELIVERY, AND SHIPPING

We offer 2 simple options:
1/ Local pickup from the farm gate for small orders (honey, queens, wax etc)

2/ Delivery by prior arrangement (AusPost shipping rates usually apply).
